Royal Free Haemostasis Course

Location: Katharine Dormandy haemophilia and thrombosis centre

The Katharine Dormandy haemophilia and thrombosis centre at the Royal Free Hospital is running a FRCPath Intensive Practical Course in Haemostasis from 12-16 October 2015.

The course will cover all aspects of clinical and laboratory haemostasis. It is particularly aimed at trainees preparing for the practical FRCPath examination but is also suitable for clinicians and scientists wishing to gain intensive training in haemostasis.

Core features:

  • comprehensive training in basic and advanced clinical practise in haemostasis
  • interactive state-of-the-art lectures from established experts in the field
  • case based data interpretation
  • practical demonstrations of haemostatic laboratory assays

Participants will have the opportunity to submit their own cases for discussion with experts.
